Guarantees/securities

New ways towards a guarantee

With a guarantee, the guarantor is obliged towards the creditor of a third party, to vouch for the fulfilment of its liabilities. In the case of the third party this usually involves someone taking a loan and in the case of the creditor, a bank, which secures itself with the guarantee in case the debtor is unable to pay. A guarantee thus has direct effects on the credit line of a company.

HANSEKONTOR develops alternative solutions for you on how you can obtain a suitable guarantee in cooperation with your house bank, but without having to lay a claim on it. You can thus gain new scope for your current account.
